A new and popular indie night in Nottingham, each Thursday the Social delivers a hot new band and a barrel of tunes from the indie/electro sphere. Last year fielded performances by Shychild, Metronomy, Wild Beasts, You Say Party! We Say Die!, Asobi Seksu, Bunny Rabbit, The Answering Machine and Bolt Action Five amongst others. After the band much jumping up and down to the likes of LCD Soundsystem, The Knife, Patrick Wolf, Good Shoes, Klaxons, Late of the Pier, Battles, Liars and Black Lips will ensue.
