With Liars Club submerged into the weekend free-for-all that is Stealth vs Rescued, the monthly night Dollop at The Social has emerged as a contender for all things cutting-edge indie electro. A cursory glance at Dollop’s neon Myspace (see below) should give you a clue what to expect - pounding beats, spiky snyths and more silly haircuts than an episode of Dragonball Z. Those who like their sticks glowing and their rave new won’t be dissapointed, the guys behind Dollop know their stuff, already the night has seen live performances from names like Uffie, Goose and Late of The Pier. And with Fresh out of Death at Stealth mining a similar neon-soaked seam, the Hoxton contingent will never find themselves far from a Hadouken remix this year.
